What you'll do

Cultivate compassion by extending good wishes outward in stages — starting with yourself, then a loved one, then someone neutral, and finally someone difficult. 90 seconds with each.

Find a quiet space and take a few deep breaths. Focus on yourself and send positive wishes.

"May I be safe, may I be healthy, may I be happy, may I be at peace"

Repeat slowly and intentionally, imagining warmth spreading through your body.
